Terms of Service

1. The service

Talkuru provides live chat software as an online service. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

• You must give a working email address and keep your password safe.
• You are responsible for what you and your team do in your account.
• You may only add the Talkuru widget to websites you own or are allowed to manage.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use Talkuru to send spam, to harass people, to collect data unlawfully or to break any law. We may suspend accounts that do.

4. Your visitors' data

You decide what you collect from your visitors and you must tell them, for example in your own privacy policy. We process that data on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Plans and payment

The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance at the price shown on the Pricing page when you upgrade. We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price change.

6. Availability

We work to keep Talkuru running at all times but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales.

7. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard; this removes your chats, visitors and files. We may close accounts that break these terms.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the applicable law. Nothing in them limits rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.
